Flex is designed to blend the correct metabolic intensities with cardio intervals strategically, constantly varied strength training, and a solid core block during every class.
All of our Flex classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression of roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure: a certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instructions and a workout demonstration. Your coach will make sure you get a total body workout every class.
