Lisa believes:

“In the power of positivity, encouragement and, guidance. A smile goes a long way. Not all of us are created to be machines, yet we spend most our life running like one. Over the past few years, my focus was to take a step back, go over the basics and help others in whatever way that I can. What I have learned is not everyone is on the same path. Some find comfort in their comfort zone. Others embrace change and live to grow thinking outside the box. When we learn what we can be and, believe in ourselves change is inevitable. We become what we embrace. Everyone has a chance to be something great. It starts with that first step that takes us out of our comfort zone. It opens our mind to experience what we never knew was possible. Challenging us to transform. Growing in confidence to find our passion deep from within. You are not able to find your passion thinking about it. You need to do, to ignite a spark. Then once that spark is lit it requires consistent, commitment and dedication to keep the blaze going. Train your mind like you train your body, feed it positive thoughts daily, do good, be good, smile at a random stranger, always take time out of your day to focus on YOU!!!”

Lisa specializes in Sports massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular, medical massage, cupping and IASTM. Injury prevention/rehabilitation. Mobility and proper body mechanics along with educating body awareness.

  • CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer
  • USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach
  • LMT/Bodyworker therapeutic massage – since 2002
  • CPR/AED certified – current
  • Alexander Method of SMR Fundamentals 2012
