Big announcements!

First of all:

So a huge thank you is due to all of the athletes who came in on Friday and Saturday to get is moved over to our new space! If it wasn’t for you we would probably still be hauling mats over right now.

With that in mind, I apologize for not putting the word out more officially, but with things happening so quickly this will have to do:

CrossFit Thornton just moved! And our space is humungous! But not to worry, we are still conveniently located in the same business park off 120th and Pennsylvania, we’ve just moved across the alley into units B-103/B-104.

Over the next couple of weeks we will be putting the finishing touches on the new space so please bear with us during this time. Our programming will not include T1 and T2 while we finish getting things squared away but will return shortly.

With that in mind:

As we begin to prepare for the summer festivities of the Games, softball and football leagues, and drunken 4th of July volleyball tournaments we will be rolling everyone back onto Longevity starting in the next couple of months. We will continue to program T1 and T2 for the next few weeks to allow some of you who started a little later to get a longer cycle in but eventually we will get everyone back onto Longevity so you can work some skills, longer domains, and apply all that strength and agility you’ve been building back into the normal programming.

But you really love the strength work?

Good things we have a massive freakin’ space and some badass new coaches coming to the crew! Because of that we’ll be able to hold more weightlifting classes throughout the week to give you all that iron fix you’ve been hurting for!

Anything else happening?

Yes, we have a lot more in store for you all but that will have to wait. Stay tuned and we will let you guys in on all the secrets. But for now just remember that we will only have classes in the morning on the 31st, we will be closed on the 1st and there will only be morning classes on the 3rd this week.

*with remaining time complete as many burpees as possible
Rest 1 minute.

Score is the lowest number of burpees completed in a round
