3 Squat Clean 250/165

*If your deadlift is ABOVE 500/330 then do not scale. If your deadlift is BELOW 500/330 scale to 90% of your 1RM.
*If your clean is above 315/205 then do not scale. If your clean is BELOW 315/205 scale to 80% of your 1RM.
