There is new equipment in the shop! 15 lbs technique bars are now on the floor as well as 6 and 8 lbs med balls! The 15lbs bars are designed for LIGHT WEIGHT technique work. Do not load them heavier than 150lbs, if you are working at that weight you should be on one of the olympic bars anyway. If you are working at a lighter weight than that then these bars are for you! This is the perfect in-between if the heavy pvc is too light but the 35lbs bar is too heavy.
