This weekend is the debut of CrossFit Thornton in the Denver metro competition circuit!
Five of us are competing in the 2012 Turkey Challenge. There will be 4 events over Saturday and Sunday. We NEED everyone to come cheer us on! There will be near a hundred competitors, and guaranteed thousands of spectators. If you’ve never seen a CrossFit competition, they’re a blast!
Here’s the schedule for the weekend:
Friday 4pm-7:30pm- Athlete check-in.
Saturday
7:45am- Opening ceremony and athlete brief
8am-Noon- Workout 1
1:30pm-4pm- Workout 2
Sunday
8:45am-11am- Workout 3
1pm-4pm- Workout 4
4pm- Awards Ceremony
