Don’t forget about mobilizing, people! It’s important whether you want to be a competitive athlete or a couch potato (but who really wants to be a couch potato). Even if you don’t get to the gym, you can mobilize at home. Equipment isn’t necessary! But if you get more serious about it, having an arsenal of mobility equipment is easy…lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and bands are inexpensive and don’t take up much room.
